Jack is particularly interested in the economics and value of data, designing responsible data governance, and the use of data to develop artificial intelligence.
Jack originally joined the ODI in 2014 and has worked across the organisation’s research, advisory and public policy disciplines. As Head of Programmes, he developed new programmes of work around emerging data topics, built multi-disciplinary delivery teams, and established partnerships with corporate, government and philanthropic partners.
