Senior Project Manager

Julie joined the ODI in August 2021 as a Delivery Manager. Julie was promoted to Senior Project Manager in June 2022. She manages the delivery of several projects with cross-functional teams that include consultancy - for client/industry-funded projects, particularly in the data & services discipline, research, technology, innovation and policy. Projects are managed and delivered to agreed goals, on time and on budget.

Julie has a vast experience in delivering project across many sectors and also owns a small business building software solutions. Past projects include NHS, Renewable Energy, Council, JLL, Logicalis and has also worked in the financial industry project managing software solutions intergrations.

During COVID-19 pandemic Julie has also helped with the NHS vaccine programme.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys socialising, exercising and spending time with family.
