Thomas Chaloner
Thomas is a Data Policy Analyst at CAB International (CABI). He is interested in how supporting people and processes can bring transformational change in how data is managed, accessed, shared, and reused in the digital development sector. He is interested in how the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data principles can be used as a framework to support this transformation change, to thereby improve peoples lives through improved evidence-based decision-making and enhanced food security and environmental health. Thomas is also interested in leveraging his past experiences and expertise as an academic researcher and computational scientist to support these activities.
