Sandra Elena

Sandra Elena is an ODI Registered Trainer and expert in law and open data with extensive experience in Latin America. Since 1990, she has been involved in public sector reform in the following areas: public accountability, transparency, justice sector management, and open government. Since March 2011, she has been the Director of the Justice and Transparency Program of the Center for the Implementation of Public Policy for Growth and Equity (CIPPEC), a leading think tank in Argentina.

Sandra Elena conducts research for and provides technical assistance to public institutions on open government, open data and public sector reform. Recently, she has begun to focus her attention on how open data and open government apply to the justice sector, including delivering open government and open data training to public officers.
