Joseph Asiamah

Joseph Asiamah is a technologist and Data & Insight Analyst in the Data & Insight Team at the London Borough of Hackney, working at the forefront of AI and advanced analytics in next-generation local government services. He holds an MSc in Information Systems and Technology from City, University of London and completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme.

He applies predictive analytics, data strategy and emerging AI to improve resident outcomes and service performance, combining technical expertise with strong ethical governance. 

Joseph is a committed advocate for responsible AI in local government, embedding fairness, transparency and accountability into data-driven systems to ensure technology serves the public good.
