Francis Davey

Francis is a lawyer working in a small international firm that specialises in the technology sector. He advises on intellectual property, contracts and other matters affecting our clients. He is also an ODI Registered Trainer assisting with law and licensing training. He also teached a course on e-commerce at Strathclyde University on the LLM in Internet Law and Governance.
Francis worked for many years as a computer scientist and then systems administrator, before re-qualifying as a lawyer. This means that he is very familiar with the workings of small technology startup companies. As a lawyer he has considerable experience with commercial disputes and in assisting commercial clients to avoid those disputes.
