Denise Sanderson-Estcourt

Denise worked closely with the ODI's directors, focusing on culture and engagement, and is part of our leadership team.
Denise a Fellow of the CIPD, and has over 25 years experience in HR roles. Her background is mainly in Learning and Organisational Development and she is also passionate about recruitment and inclusion. She has worked in several sectors including hospitality, retail and telecoms, though most of her recent career has been in not for profit organisations. Denise is also a Lay Employment Tribunal Member.
