Data Partnerships Manager at the Wellcome Trust. Collaborating with data scientists, industry and academia to improve the way data is used in the health sector. Before joining the Wellcome Trust, dawn was a policy adviser at the ODI and help deliver many of our international projects including the Open Data Leaders Network. Dawn is an ODI Registered Trainer with expertise in expertise in data, community building and policy making.
