Chloé Kidger

Chloé Kidger is a History and International Relations graduate who became interested in the intersection of technology and society whilst at university. She wrote her dissertation analysing the data extraction processes of biometrics in the Global South through the lens of Data Colonialism. She is keen to move into tech policy.
