Alice Genevois

Alice is a Senior Data Science Manager at Lloyds Banking Group. She has extensive experience in analytical consultancy, project management, data science governance and risk mitigation. In her current role, she oversees the safe delivery and efficiency of data science projects and models within the group to ensure fair and ethical outcomes are reached for all customers. She has a business analysis background and couples business knowledge and stakeholder management with a strong understanding of data science.

Alice is also a Mental Health advocate, and one of the leading members of the Lloyds Banking Group Women ConnecTech network, through which she co-founded the Coach to Code Programme, which launched in June 2020. When she isn’t working, Alice spends time with her son Theo born last year and enjoys practicing yoga and going on diving holidays (although these may be rarer in future with baby in tow!)
