Diana joined the ODI in 2019 as Senior Researcher. Her role is to integrate good research practices in ODI projects and teams. Diana is also responsible for growing the ODI’s research community of practice and supports its monitoring and evaluation work across programmes.
Prior to her role at the ODI, Diana worked in senior strategy, measurement and evaluation roles in the international humanitarian and development sector. Her 12+ years helping international organisations and nonprofits effectively use data and evidence to deliver better programmes have seen her work across Asia, Africa, Latin-America and the Middle East. Diana is passionate about drawing meaningful insights from data and using them to enhance social impact.
In her spare time, Diana enjoys running (and exploring new places through running), discovering the food scene in London and trying out new recipes at home.
