Join Sneha Eashwer Singhraj as she shares the journey of developing a robust and effective Data and AI Ethics Framework
In this talk, Sneha Eashwer Singhraj shares the journey of leading Aiimi’s internal initiative to develop a robust and effective Data and AI Ethics Framework. As Aiimi is a trusted advisor on the implementation of data-driven technologies, establishing ethical guidelines became paramount. Sneha will discuss the key milestones in their journey, including aligning the framework with company values, and integrating it into daily business practices.
A significant part of this process involved learning from external sources, particularly the ODI's (Open Data Institute) courses, which provided valuable insights on best practices, and strategies for navigating complex ethical dilemmas in data and AI. Sneha will reflect on how the courses influenced our framework’s development.
The talk will also cover Aiimi’s approach to fostering a culture of responsibility, and ensuring that the framework remains adaptable to technological advancements. Finally, Sneha will share key takeaways from this experience, including how continuous learning and collaboration are essential to evolving a framework that is both effective and dynamic in this rapidly evolving technology landscape.
