Working with the comms team
Our blogposts, videos, podcasts, social media posts, media articles etc – all help to amplify the ODI's great work.
If you need a designed report, a video, a podcast etc – please talk to us:
- Message us using the #production channel (@production_team) in Slack
- Set up a meeting (online or in the office) to chat to us
- For designed reports, videos, podcasts, graphics etc, we can help you fill out the creative brief form to kickstart the process. This prompts us to think about audience, budget, co/branding etc. (Then fill out the output form once you are ready to go ahead).
- For blogposts, GDoc reports, web updates etc, you don’t need to fill out a creative brief form – but please fill in the output form to let us know about an output for production (editing, proofing, design, publishing)
Forms
- Output form: Let us know about a comms output you'd like us to help produce. We will schedule this in.
- Creative brief form: This is for designed outputs such as designed reports, graphics, videos, podcasts etc. Talk to us and we can fill this out together. This prompts us to think about budget, audience, call-t0-action etc.
