As part of our R&D project Global data infrastructure for trade we are exploring how to support international trade opportunities for data-enabled businesses – in particular, in Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium. We commissioned Oxford Insights to write this short report to help inform our decisions about how best to invest time and effort in 2018–19.
The report is a high-level analysis of the data economies of Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium: ‘sizing the prize’, mapping out key stakeholders, and assessing the impetus for change.
