Peer networks are a popular way of developing leadership and sharing knowledge.
The ODI has developed the Open Data Leaders Network – a global peer network of public sector open data leaders at different levels (city, regional and national) – to promote peer-learning and knowledge exchange.
The ODI also studies peer networks and advises people interested in building them to support open data leadership, though they are also broadly applicable to other fields.
