Lucia joined the ODI as a Project Research Analyst.

She works across different projects in the delivery team and policy team, such as leading qualitative and quantitative research on open data business models, supporting open data initiatives and contributing to policy work.

Before joining the ODI, Lucia was a full-time freelance food blogger, wrote content for professional websites and other blogs, and provided digital media consulting to startups. She also worked at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris prior to pursuing her master’s degree.

Lucia did her BA in International Business in Japan at Temple University and the US at Yale University, and obtained her Master’s in International Public Policy from UCL in the UK.

In her spare time, she enjoys blogging about food (still), playing music and teaching French.
