Juan Murillo Arias

Strategic advisor specialized in urbanism and technology, with multidisciplinary knowledge and extensive experience in the definition of digital transformation strategies, coordination and development of urban innovation projects based on data and analytics, academic research, training, external positioning, as well as in the field of digital regulation.

Juan leads the area of Sustainability and Smart Cities in OdiseIA, an observatory of the ethical use of data and AI, created to reflect and propose actions around the opportunities and challenges of the extension of AI in our society.

Juan has been part of a group of experts selected by the European Commission to promote data exchange initiatives between companies and governments and the development of solutions that make use of cross-sectoral information sources.
