Dr Feng Gao is the co-founder and Exeuctive Director of Open Data China, a social enterprise promoting and building an open digital future in China. He is a Yale World Fellow and a Chevening LSE Fellow. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from University of Southampton.
Feng is a 2021–2022 Research Fellow at the ODI and is exploring data institutions in China.
