Finnish democracy activist Aleksi Rossi discussed the big ambition and practical challenge of creating Open Ministry, an online tool for crowdsourced legislation and participative democracy. Accompanied by participants from the Finnish Embassy and Finnish Institute in London, we heard about their latest citizen action and open government work.
