Georgia Meyer
Research Fellow
Georgia Meyer FRSA is an MPhil/PhD student (Information Systems, LSE) interested in data classification and valuation frameworks and Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs). Her academic work is in part inspired by ‘agential realism’: the ethico-onto-epistem-ology of theoretical physicist Karen Barad. Georgia holds an MSc (Data & Society) from LSE, a BSc (Politics & Social Policy) from the University of Bristol and is a qualified teacher (PGCE). She is on the comms team for Data for Policy and a school governor with the Harris Federation. Georgia is keen to find ways to communicate complex technological change in ways that help the next generation both navigate the risks and seize the opportunities coming their way.
Georgia is a Research Fellow as part of our 2022–2023 fellowship scheme
